You can strive to understand the WHY of any situation you find yourself in, and this will help you return to your center and uproot the underlying causes of insecurity and fear. You can begin the journey of learning how to love unconditionally, and along the way, you become more fully conscious.

Above all else, I want you to remember that healing is non-linear. And that your ultimate goal is liberation, for yourself and for the sacred work of helping others to be free.
