"Personally, yoga and meditation lifted me out of my own great depression and healed my body image issues and low self-esteem. Simultaneously, as a new teacher, I noticed a lot of students crying on the mat, having breakthroughs on every level and asking me for help and guidance in life.  

These experiences inspired me to get my Master’s in Psychology, become a licensed psychotherapist and dedicate my life’s work to integrating yoga, mindfulness practices and depth psychology.
