Thank you so much for being willing to complete the test project we’ve put together to help us better understand how you work best and assess your people and coaching skills. We look forward to understanding how you communicate and how resourceful you are.

  • Imagine This Scenario:
    We have a student reach out letting us know that they joined multiple online yoga apps and meditation programs (outside of our company), and are no longer utilizing our platform like they imagined they would when they signed up. They are asking to discontinue their membership as they feel they don’t currently have the capacity to use it. How specifically would you address this situation?

  • Imagine This Scenario:
    To surprise and delight our new students, we added a live monthly coaching call with Ashley. A member accidentally uses an incorrect link and is unable to join the call. This member chose to post a very upset message that contained profanities inside the Haven Community public group . How would you address this situation?

  • Imagine This Scenario:
    Haven: Lite is our entry level membership ($47/mo). It has limited content (only the yoga/meditation on-demand library of recordings) and does not include access to our support groups, Wheel of the Year Rituals, New and Full Moon Calls or our Monthly Coaching Calls with Ashley, workbooks or masterclasses.

    What are your creative suggestions to entice Haven: Lite members to ascend to our next level Haven: Premier Membership ($127/mo)?

    How would you prioritize retention and keep our Haven: Premier members from requesting to downgrade to Haven: Lite?

  • Imagine This Scenario:
    The app and community website are down. Students are emailing saying they can’t login and Ashley isn't available, what do you do?

  • Imagine This Scenario:
    We are approaching our "Live Launch" for The Haven. You have been assigned multiple projects:

    • draft & load launch email automation in ActiveCampaign from the copywriter
    • post in the free FB group & on IG to promote the upcoming LeadGen Workshop
    • manage the Haven membership (post this week's content & associated email)
    • respond to your current customer service emails
    • answer Drift messages and DM's inquiring about the upcoming workshop & The Haven

    What do you prioritize first? Which order do you complete these tasks in? What systems have you put in place to create more efficiency and automation?

How to Submit Your Test Project

The deadline to apply is March 20th.

In the application form you'll be asked to share a link to your test project:

  • Please create a Google document and name it "Program Manager_Your Name".
  • Include your answers there. Please use Arial 11pt. font and 1.5 line spacing for the body copy.
  • Finally, copy & paste the Google document link inside the application form. There's a question asking for this.
  • Remember to open the sharing permissions in the google document so we can see what you've done. 🙂

Although we tried to be as specific as possible, we understand that you will not have all the details. When in doubt or not sure what to do, use your logic and intuition to make the best decision. We trust that you'll know the answer!

This Test Project is less about doing things perfectly and more about providing us an opportunity to understand how you think, how you communicate, how you execute and deliver a project and how resourceful and autonomous you are in coming up with solutions.
