This LIVE 11-week immersion covers one Yama or Niyama each week. We will take a deep dive into each with a meditation, an asana practice, and dharma talk + integration challenge.
This 11-week course is for teachers, experienced students, or anyone brand new to yoga. It is an ideal course to introduce you to or deepen your current understanding of yoga philosophy, the yoga sutras and how they can create profound healing and mental-emotional wellness.
Curate your own curriculum. This program is curated to flow linearly and systematically walk us through each yama and niyama. Weekly content builds on prior curriculum, but each session may also be taken individually. You may jump in at any point to focus on your specific needs and interest.
Yoga is a non-linear path. So, take your time. We have included a final Integration Week as well as an extra month of access, so that you can take your time reviewing and revisiting the classes in your on-demand library.

Begin your week with an inspiring 30-minute meditation anchored by our weekly yama or niyama. Unpack the brilliance of these “10 Commandments” with practical tips to apply them to your life for maximum efficacy. Following a short pranayama, we will sit with a combination of silence and guided meditation. End with a simple weekly intention/assignment.
Indulge in a unique hour-long sequence designed to embody the specific yama or niyama of the week. Release tension, build strength, increase flexibility and balance your nervous system as we explore a diverse palette of poses and practices to embody yoga philosophy and cement it into action in our lives. Bring any props you’d like!
End your week with a powerful Prayer Circle and Takeaway Practice. We accept “Prayer Requests” all week long and come together in community to hold sacred space, ask for support, healing and uplift each other. Friday sessions focus on leaving you with a clear “Takeaway Tool” and “Psychological Integration Exercise” to ensure that you apply these principles to create the lasting change you desire in your life.

Play. Pleasure. Fertility. Beltane honors life – representing the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer. A Beltane ritual, we will explore what you are currently fertilizing and birthing into life.
Monday, May 16th – 5pm
Align with the full moon in deep surrender. A perfect compliment to the rest of our monthly series, this 60-minute restorative class is designed to fully unwind tension, regulate the nervous system, open to receptivity and integrate the unconscious.
Tuesday, June 14th – 5pm
Align with the full moon in deep surrender. Completely let go into a spacious, reflective refuge and expand into true healing.

Celebration and joy. At Midsummer, we arrive at the longest day and the shortest night of the year (in the northern hemisphere). A ritual of joy, celebration, expansiveness, the recognition of achievements and the surging pulse of life.
Yes! One of the main benefits of online training is that anyone can make it work with their own circumstances. If you cannot attend live, you have access to the replays for up to a month after the live immersion ends.
No. While Ashley will be conducting live sessions, there is no 1:1 access with Ashley.
